Managed self-hosted operations tooling

Every operations team ends up with a set of small tools: somewhere to track work, somewhere to see graphs, a way to manage containers, a front door for internal web apps, and a safe place for shared passwords. Rented one by one as services, they scatter your data across a dozen vendors. We run them for you on your own instance, behind one front door, in our datacenter.
What it is
A managed, self-hosted tooling stack for your team, built from proven open-source components:
- Task management with Vikunja: projects, tasks, labels, priorities and due dates, so every loose end becomes a tracked item.
- Dashboards with Grafana, over the metrics and logs you already have.
- Container management with Portainer, a visual console for the containers your team runs.
- A reverse proxy with Traefik, the single front door that routes each tool by name and terminates TLS.
- A password vault with Vaultwarden, compatible with the Bitwarden clients your team can use on desktop, browser and phone.
You can take the whole set or only the pieces you need, and we can add the internal web apps your team builds behind the same front door.
How we build it
One front door. All tools sit behind a single reverse proxy with a wildcard DNS name, so a new tool is a new route, not a new firewall change and a new certificate request. Access can be restricted to your own networks and protected with an extra authentication layer in front of the tool's own login.
Containers under systemd. Each tool runs as a Podman container under systemd on a shared private network.
Hardened like everything else. The host follows our hardening baseline and patches from our own package mirror.
Data that stays put. Task history, dashboards and vault data live on your instance in our datacenter, are covered by our pull-only backup. EU data stays in the EU.
What it protects you from
- Shared passwords living in spreadsheets and chat messages.
- Team tools scattered across many vendors, each holding a piece of your data.
- A dozen internal web apps, each with its own exposed port and expiring certificate.
- Follow-ups that vanish when the person who promised them goes on holiday.
- Tools that nobody patches because nobody owns them.
In practice
The same stack we offer you is the one our own engineers work in every day.
Why EuroVPS
- Your own instance, in our datacenter, not a shared multi-tenant service.
- One front door, with access limited to the networks you choose.
- Patched, backed up and monitored by the engineers who run it.
- Proven open-source tools with no per-seat licensing to the tool makers.
- Room to add your own internal apps behind the same proxy.
FAQ
Can we choose only some of the tools? Yes. Take the vault alone, or the whole stack. Each tool is independent behind the shared proxy.
Can our own internal applications sit behind the same proxy? Yes. We add them as routes, with the same access controls and TLS.
Who has access to the vault? Your team. We operate the server it runs on; the vault's contents are encrypted by its clients before they reach the server.
Can we use our own domain? Yes, with a wildcard name under your domain.
