Your outsourced CTO
When your team needs to decide how to build something, you can bring the question to us: "What is the best way to do this?" Our senior engineers sit down with you, understand the goal, and work through the design with you until it is right. We can spend hours on it, because we do not have millions of customers queuing at the same desk. That is a service a mass-market provider cannot deliver, and it is included in how we work with every customer.
What it covers
Security architecture and hardening. Wide area networks, private connectivity and site-to-site links. Cluster design for databases and web tiers. Application delivery, caching and CDN strategy. Code deployment pipelines and environments. Authentication, single sign-on and access control. Compliance programmes: NIS2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOC 2 for your own organisation. Capacity planning, storage design, backup and recovery design. Anything else that touches networking, servers, storage or the platforms on them.
How it works
Open a ticket or ask your account engineer. We read what you have, ask the questions a CTO would ask, and come back with a written recommendation: the design, the trade-offs, what it costs to run, and what we would do first. If you want us to build it, we build it. If you want to build it yourselves, you have the plan. Longer engagements, such as an architecture review or a compliance preparation, are scoped and quoted as professional services.

Do you advise on platforms you do not host? Yes, where it helps the platform we host for you; we will say when something is outside what we know well.
Can you help with our NIS2 or ISO 27001 programme? Yes. We run our own ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, 9001, 14001 and 37001 programmes and can help you prepare yours, from gap analysis to evidence.
How fast do we get an answer? A first response from an engineer in minutes, as with any ticket; a written design in days, depending on scope.
