I have a campaign launch. Can I have a temporary upgrade?
Yes. If you are planning a launch, a campaign or any event that will bring a traffic spike, tell us at least 24 hours in advance and we temporarily raise the RAM and CPU of your managed VPS for the event window, at no charge.
The amount is agreed per case, based on what your application actually needs. During the window we monitor the server and add resources as the traffic develops, rather than guessing in advance.
Tell us the start time and the expected duration when you open the ticket. This applies to managed VPS; a dedicated server has fixed hardware, and for a planned event we discuss the options with you ahead of time.
