How to size a serverManaged VPS in Europe and Canada
Choose where your VPS runs: Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Athens in Greece, or Toronto in Canada. Every location runs on our own hardware and our own network, with the same engineers and the same standards. Keep your data inside the EU in Amsterdam or Athens, or put your servers close to North American users in Toronto.
VPS in the Netherlands
A managed VPS in Amsterdam at Digital Realty Amsterdam (AMS18), inside the EU, on our own hardware and network, with low latency across Western Europe. Linux or Windows, with the same engineers and the same storage as every VPS we run. For Dutch and EU data residency, Amsterdam and Athens keep your data inside the Union.
VPS in Greece
A managed VPS in Athens, in our own cage at Digital Realty, on our own network with peering at GR-IX. For Greek and south-east European audiences it is the closest server we run, and your data stays inside the EU.
VPS in Canada
A managed VPS in Toronto for North American users, run on the same hardware standard and by the same engineers as Athens and Amsterdam.
Windows VPS
Managed Windows Server VPS, built and patched by our engineers, with the same storage, network and 24/7 support as every other VPS we run. Available in Amsterdam, Athens and Toronto, with Remote Desktop access and the same backups and monitoring as our Linux servers.

Storage VPS
For media libraries such as Plex, backups and data-heavy applications: a large storage VPS with the disk space it needs, from hundreds of GB to several TB of all-flash capacity on our HPE 3PAR arrays, sized with you rather than picked from a list. High storage does not mean slow storage: every volume sits on the same dual-fabric SAN as our smallest server.
Sized to your workload
There are no fixed plans. Every VPS is sized to what you run: 2 GB of RAM for a single site, 4 GB or 8 GB for a busy application or a cPanel server, 16 GB, 32 GB or more for databases and caches. Talk to an engineer, and we size it with you.
Fully managed, every one
Every VPS we run is fully managed: operating system, security patches, monitoring, backups and 24/7 engineers are included. There is no unmanaged tier: the operating system, patching, monitoring and backups are part of every VPS.
