How do you respond to law enforcement requests for customer data?
EuroVPS is governed by the laws of Cyprus and responds to valid legal requests from competent authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations into hacking, spoofing, spam, denial-of-service attacks and child sexual abuse material.
Requests are reviewed by our legal and abuse teams before any data is released, and they are handled under our Terms of Service and privacy policy. Where the law allows, the customer concerned is informed.
