How to pay invoices using credit cards on the Customer Portal for existing clients.

Guide on Making Credit Card Payments through EuroVPS Customer Portal for Existing Clients:

1. Log in to the client portal at https://my.eurovps.com.

2. Remove any previously saved credit card details from our client portal by visiting https://my.eurovps.com/clientarea/ccard/

3. Navigate to the invoices section at https://my.eurovps.com/clientarea/invoices/.
4. Select any unpaid invoice.
5. Click on “Pay Now” and opt for the ‘Credit Card’ payment method.
6. Enter the credit card details as follows:

  • Card Type : Select the appropriate card type based on your card:
    Visa or MasterCard
  • Card Number: Input the credit card number without spaces.
  • Expiry Date: Choose the month and year of the card’s expiration.
  • CVV/CVC2 Number: Enter the three-digit card verification number located on the back of the credit card.

7. Continue with the payment process.



**Note: 3D Secure may require an additional verification step with the card issuer, directing you to an authentication page where you must enter a password or a one-time PIN code sent to your phone.

8. Upon successful completion, you will receive confirmation of the payment.

Additional Information: If you’ve stored a card without completing a transaction, it won’t work. Remove any previously stored cards from the old method, as they lack a token for the 3D-secure method. Do not save card details under the billing tab without a successful transaction; card details will be auto-saved after a successful transaction.

Regarding Credit Card Auto-Renewal:

Because of the introduction of credit card 3D Secure, adding a credit card without making a transaction is not possible. Once a payment is completed, your credit card details will be securely stored in your Client’s Area, facilitating automatic payment for future invoices.
Please be aware that, after a certain period, your bank might necessitate a reiteration of the 3D Secure Authentication process. Therefore, kindly anticipate occasional prompts for additional authentication to ensure the seamless continuation of the auto-renewal service.
