Unscheduled Network Problems

Our upstream network provider has experienced network problems and we will be reporting in detail with an RFO as soon as data is provided to us.

Isolated Packet Loss

Customers with servers using IP's in the range of 77.235.33.x/24 may currently be experiencing mild packet loss and increased latency due to a rather large inbound DDoS attack.

    We have located the IP address being attacked.

    The magnitude of the attack has increased dramatically and we have no choice but to null-route the IP address.

    We have null-routed the IP address and DDoS attack is neutralised. Network latency and packet consistency should be back to normal.
