I have changed to EuroVPS just 4 months ago and I am plenty satisfied with my decision. I moved my websites from an American shared hosting company and the differences in the support team are enormous... In the American one I had a problem with a hacker/virus and the hosting company took the decision to deleted everything in my account without telling me anything! Then they reset my account and they didn´t do anything more. I lost everything and I spent many weeks just to reinstall all my websites. Here in EuroVPS I had a similar problem related to the security of my php applications and they put in contact with me, they explained to me what we can do, given me the opportunity to save my files in my hard drive. Then they reset my account, they installed an antivirus and a firewall (completely free), and they returned the server account to a backup that they had it. No more problems. Everything was done in a couple of hours and I didn't loose data.
