I have changed to EuroVPS just 4 months ago and I am plenty satisfied with my decision. I moved my websites from an American shared hosting company and the differences in the support team are enormous... In the American one I had a problem with a hacker/virus and the hosting company took the decision to deleted everything in my account without telling me anything! Then they reset my account and they didn´t do anything more. I lost everything and I spent many weeks just to reinstall all my websites. Here in EuroVPS I had a similar problem related to the security of my php applications and they put in contact with me, they explained to me what we can do, given me the opportunity to save my files in my hard drive. Then they reset my account, they installed an antivirus and a firewall (completely free), and they returned the server account to a backup that they had it. No more problems. Everything was done in a couple of hours and I didn't loose data.
Just for this reason I can recommend EuroVPS to everyone who wants to be confident that if you have a problem, you will find the help that you need in the support team, and for my personal experience that is the most important part when you choose a hosting company. It was a random choice. I have good experience with ISP's and have had a number of different hosting accounts with different ISP's, both in Europe and the US. I had never used EuroVPS before but decided to give it a go as I needed a reliable host in EU. Due to my experience (tired of crappy ISP's), my expectations were high if not too high. I wanted a), b) and c). I am pleased to say that I have had no regrets. Considering the amount of providers I have been chewing for the last 10 years, EuroVPS is and has been one of the best. What I like most is the flexibility they show and care of the individual customer. OK, there are rules to follow but they are always keen to listen to feedback and support is always of the better kind compared to others I have seen.
