Our engineers are quite simply the best in the business
We send our engineers to all types of training facilities, we have RedHat Certified Engineers, VMware Certified Professionals, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, as well as those that don’t have any certifications at all, but somehow manage to know everything about everything.
Simply put, we have excellent personnel, who understand things quickly and can fix just about anything. We don’t outsource our support to third parties, and we don’t overwork our employees. Maintaining an excellent QoS on our helpdesk has been part of our company’s culture since 2004. Some things never change, this is one of them.
