Q: How long has EuroVPS been in business?
A: Founded in 2004, we have been provisioning Virtual Private Servers since 2004. We were the first European provider to offer Windows VPS in 2005, and are have been innovating ever since. We now offer a wide-variety of enterprise-grade hosting solutions to individuals and small to medium sized businesses worldwide.

Q:Are you a reseller?
A: No we are not resellers. We maintain our own server infrastructure within the Easynet Datacenter in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

A: Our VPS hardware is among the fastest in Europe, and our redundant infrastructure offers some of the best uptime in the industry. Q: Can you tell me more about your Network Connectivity?
A: We are connected to 14 network carriers using BGP-4 protocol to select the fastest connection available. Based in the heart of Europe, we serve ping times of 30-60ms to most of Europe.  

Q: What methods do you accept for payment?
A: Currently we accept payments made via Visa, Master Card, PayPal, and Wire Transfer.

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
A: Yes, we offer an unconditional 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all VPS and Shared Hosting plans.

Q: Do you offer Plesk and cPanel Control Panel?
A: Yes, we offer Plesk and cPanel free of charge with all of our Shared Hosting, and VPS products.

Q: How long does setup take?
A: We guarantee that if you pass initial fraud screening, your account will be setup in no longer than 2 hours but usually much less.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
A: Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your account if it does not suit your needs. Just send us a mail or give us a call.

Q: Do you allow Adult content?
A: Yes, we allow legal Adult content.

Q: Do you offer Managed Support?
A: Yes. All of our Hosting and VPS services are fully managed. Our support staff are awake around the clock so that you don't have to. For Eco-priced unmanaged VPS, you can visit our subsidiary branch EcoVPS.

Q: What Virtualization Platform do you use?
A: Our VPS are based on Parallels Virtuozzo 4.0 and 4.5

Q: Do you allow root access?
A: We allow root access on all of our VPS, Hybrid, and Dedicated Servers.

Q: What type of servers do you use?
A: After our latest server build-out of April 2010, we exclusively use HP Proliant G6 servers for our web hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS products.

Q: Do you offer custom hosting solutions?
A: Yes, we have years of experience in creating Highly Available server farms for ourselves, and clients alike. Contact sales for more information on our Private Cloud offerings.
